Big Brother, Bigger Sister by WaningDaylight Big Brother, Bigger Sister by WaningDaylight
After a few months of BLI fail and IM chip explosions, here they are. Mathis and Mitzi are together again.
Oh before I forget, special BJ to :iconsar500: for getting Mitzi. I am forever grateful. C8

Well not entirely, my power pack isn't strong enough to run them together. They both pretty much require the maximum voltage my transformer can put out. It's probably because of the sound. I plan to go DCC in the future so I think I'll leave it be for now.

Ah, Yes DCC is the way to go, that and all the sound effects which is music to the ears when a locomotive begins to move.
I can't wait to get this layout of mine started, but I'm planning and learning at the moment so I don't make the normal mistakes and try and get it all to happen smoothly. Then I can get my cab forward out'n'about

that is actually a cute distinction- males have horns/ deeper whistles and girls have bells/ higher whistles/ horns (all appropriately loud though)

but there are obviously exceptions- as trams have bells more often than whistles- or at least a notable amount of time,

though the pitches of bells could arguably be the same form- deeper for males, higher for females

it sounds perfect.

of course if you shove so much of one engine type into one chassis there is virtually no distinction to be found from the sheer mass of sound they put out .... which reminds me of daylights and any others that have a similar sheer mass effect that to normal human hearing is virtually indistinguishable from what could be deemed a gender oriented noise pitch

bigger engine, bigger noise..... the INSANITY!!!!  >____<

Never been virtually right next to 4449 when it's putting out its "I'm here boys" sustained call, but from the recordings I get the feeling its like the air waver caused by cannon discharges....  I'm glad it inst tuned to a frequency that would shake human organs into hyper function or shut down. .......   9_6

DEATH whistle!!!  (JK)

Nah, Mathis is an AC5 while Mitzi is an AC12, hence why they look different. XD

True. I'll do a proper review on these two after food.

Probably, unfortunately my powerpack isn't strong enough to run 'em both at once. 8U
